Why use the Integration?
Krux segments are imported as account-level audience tables and can be used to personalize elements of your creative in the web environment.
We currently do not support audiences for in-app.

To enable Krux as a data management platform, do the following:
Contact your Krux account manager to request the Web and In-App Token required for Celtra & Krux integration. Share these tokens with your Celtra CSM.
Celtra will notify you when integration is ready to be enabled.
You can then find the Krux add-on in Account > Add-ons.
Toggle the add-on and agree to Terms & Conditions.
Krux audiences must currently be added in the Account > Data tab manually before they can be accessed from the Audience Builder.
Go to Account > Data.
Click New Table.
Give the audience a name. It is recommended that the name matches the naming as defined in Krux.
Select Krux Audience icon and click Next. Enter the Krux Segment ID as defined in Krux.
Click Create. A table for the Krux Audience will be added to the Data tab.
Celtra does not do a full sync with Krux, which is why the identifiers appear as
N/A
in the Data tab. However, you can still use it in Audience Builder.
