Single Sign-on (SSO) is the authentication method that allows users to access multiple websites, applications, etc., with just one set of login credentials.
To log in to Celtra using your existing OAuth2/OIDC identity provider, please send the below-listed information directly to:
OAuth2/OIDC provider you are using
Domain for which the SSO should be enabled
Authorization endpoint URL
Client ID
Date of enablement
Client secret
To ensure a smooth workflow, please confirm via email to support@celtra.com that you have already sent the Client secret to sysadmins@celtra.com. Please also indicate the exact date you desire the SSO to be enabled.
Once the requested information is received, our team will take care of enabling the SSO integration for you and the members of your organization. You will be notified as soon as this is available for your account.
Once the SSO is enabled, the users will no longer be able to log in to their accounts using their password. Instead, they will need to use the SSO service to authenticate their identity. See SSO Providers for a list of supported service providers and information on configuring each of them.
